Our team is as talented as it is thoughtful. Because, well, we’re a team. We cheer each other on (minus the pompoms) and live our values every day: we dig deep to grow our clients greater, do the right thing (especially when it’s the hard thing), and find strength through inclusion. We value the people we work with both inside and outside our office walls—or Zoom or Teams windows, if you will.
Nope, it’s not just talk. Along with volunteering and donation-based support like matching gifts, CF encourages and funds efforts to fight racism and promote equality. Check out some of our initiatives:
We recognize the need for more diversity and representation at our agency and throughout the industry. And we know we must actively create change.
We are committed to the 600 & Rising initiative to create a more diverse staff and ensure both our agency and work reflects the rich cultural and racial diversity of this country.
A promise is not progress, though. So we will be publishing our diversity data on an annual basis to be held accountable to our commitments.

Founded in 2018, our EDGE group helps promote and foster a diverse, open and equitable workplace, where everyone can bring their full selves to work, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical ability or cultural background.
EDGE leads bi-weekly all-agency gatherings, presentations and conversations focused on various aspects of diversity and inclusion, along with open forums to freely discuss issues, challenges and opportunities.
CF’s EDGE team also conducts our yearly DEI Culture survey and helps set overarching agency goals across DEI categories.
EDGE creates an environment at CF that enables us to listen, share, and have meaningful conversations with each other.

We developed a new mentorship program with the King County Juvenile Court system, exposing rehabilitating high school-aged kids who had been previously convicted of a crime to advertising as a career at an early age with hands-on learning sessions from various CF employees.
This year, we expanded the program to include students beyond the King County Juvenile Court system, with ongoing summer partnerships with Fresh Start Professional Services and Built 2 Lead, in which we helped their students craft content and gain experience in social media best practices with weekly tutoring and mentoring sessions from CF subject matter experts.
This program probably saved my life.
