Job Scope:
The Media Coordinator will reside in our Media department and must have a strong sense of campaign management and timeline efficiencies. The Media Coordinator will support digital media, social media and traditional media strategists and will report to the Senior Media Strategist or the Media Supervisor.

- Ability to master media software and systems (Strata, Scarborough, Adform, Double Verify, PowerPoint, SQAD, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager a plus)
Planning:
- Assists in pulling research such as SQAD or Scarborough for planning purposes
- Reaches out to vendors for rate cards, publication information
- Researches outdoor options and availability
- Generates media estimates for client approval
Buying:
- Generates accurate insertion orders
- Receives signed insertion orders and contracts from vendors
- Provides Account Management and Production with information on media plans
- Provides support in launching digital campaigns
Stewardship:
- Approves invoices across all media channels (TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Digital)
- Tracks campaigns to ensure budgets are allocated appropriately
- Generates billing tracker to monitor spend
Reporting:
- Approves all invoices and negotiates makegoods and credits when spots do not air correctly
- Approves print invoices with tearsheets and routes to Print Production for review
Miscellaneous:
- Assist with agency process improvement
- Organize meetings with vendors
- Stay abreast of industry anvances (new technology, techniques and vendors)
- Build strong relationships with coworkers
- Be a knowledgeable resource for coworkers; help find solutions to problems
- Contribute to a positive work environment
