CF is looking for a strategic and creative mind...
to own the day-to-day growth strategy, management and execution of our clients’ organic social media channels. Someone whose passion for creating well-researched and insightful content is fueled by an interest in building engaged, authentic communities around brands.
You’ll have the support of the CF creative, account and production teams, and full use of our brand new in-house content shooting space, an audio and editing suite, and new lighting and camera packages.
What you'll do:
- Own and execute organic social media strategies for various clients across Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest (most clients prioritize two to three channels)
- Strategize ongoing content themes to create content calendars, owning the process from cadence to scheduling
- Create and produce highly shareable content (e.g., videos, GIFs, reels, memes, stories, etc.) to drive engagement and audience growth
- Develop social-forward copy within the brand voice
- Identify and present real-time and cultural opportunities
- Provide regular updates to clients via data reports with insights
- Analyze the long-term needs of the social media strategy
- Stay current with developments in social media, current trends, and technology
Who you are:
- Understands internet, social and meme culture
- Comfortable creating static content or video
- Have an innate eye for what works and what doesn’t work on social media
- Have experience creating social media content for brands
- Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiar with social media analytics and tool sets
Successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience
- Track record of building and maintaining a robust cross-channel organic social strategy
- Writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an energetic environment
- Work both independently and in a team environment
