Smartsheet’s collaboration software could be found at close to all of the Fortune 100 companies.

But they weren’t being broadly recognized as an enterprise-level solution. So Smartsheet came to us with a challenge: develop a broad awareness campaign that would help Fortune 500 enterprise decision makers be open to a meeting with a Smartsheet sales representatives.

The campaign needed to strike a nerve and instill a sense of urgency. Nothing does that like the fear of falling behind. If 96% of the top companies use Smartsheet already, you don’t want your company to be in the 4% who missed the boat.

We developed an integrated campaign that leaned on our powerful Fortune 100 statistic while poking some good-natured fun at the 4% that have fallen behind the times. The campaign was launched in select test markets across OOH, paid social, broadcast, digital video and radio.

Our “follow the leaders” campaign generated leads

Pre- and post- tracking studies showed a 34% jump in brand awareness for Smartsheet. Even better, sales leads jumped as a result of the campaign as well.
